Disable Auto-Renew


  1. Log into aMember here:
    http://etfdb.com/members/admin/

    LastPass will have up-to-date Login/Password.


  2. Search for the person’s account with the email address in the “Lookup” box on the left.
  3. Click their Username/Email in the search results -- this will bring you to their user info

  4. Click on the "User Payments/Subscriptions" Tab

  5.  Under "Status" click on "Stop Recurring"

  6. Respond to user's ticket with the " Disabled Auto-renewal" canned response in the "General" folder.
