Update Password
  1. Log into aMember here:
    http://etfdb.com/members/admin/

    LastPass will have up-to-date Login/Password.

  2. Search for the person’s account with the email address in the “Lookup” box on the left.
  3. Click their Username/Email in the search results -- this will bring you to their user info

  4.  Reset password to "etfdb123" 

  5. Respond to user's ticket with the "Log In Help" canned response in the "General" folder.
