Log into aMember here:
http://etfdb.com/members/admin/
LastPass will have up-to-date Login/Password.
- Search for the person’s account with the email address in the “Lookup” box on the left.
- Click their Username/Email in the search results -- this will bring you to their user info
- Update the Username and Email with the new email address.
- Reset password to etfdb123.

Respond to user's ticket with the "Update Email Address" canned response in the "General" folder.
